Our history.....
"Capri ... reina de roca"
So Pablo Neruda began his praise on the blue island and on this rock Antonino Aprea, old school chef, in the 90s decided to open his restaurant, which immediately became a meeting point for food & wine enthusiasts.
Today the restaurant is run by her children, Gennaro Aprea keeps the prestigious cellar and Salvatore Aprea takes care of the cuisine respecting the products, the seasons and the traditions of the place that with technique and continuous research reinterprets it in a modern key.
